RSO leader positions for 2012-2013 are temporarily open to general members and dancers who have participated in our openly recruited events. Pre-application will be availiable in early May. For those who are interested in, to build up your leadership skills, please consider.
Limited positions are available after 2012-2013 Campus-wide Quad Day Recruiting. We will announce later.
Next generation of I-Dance Leaders Criteria:
You need to be very determined and mature.
You have strong zeal in performing arts featuring dancing.
You are moderately extroverted.
Has strong organizing skills, communication skills, PR skills, and BE assertive.
You perceive yourself as a responsible person that constantly aware of your duties at your position.
Motivate other members.
Create innovative strategies to help our RSO to grow stronger and increase the group cohesiveness.
Feel obligated to make sacrifice.
You have a combined sense of masculine and feminine in leadership practice.
Experienced applicants are perferred.
